アンコールワットへ瞑想しに行ったら、日本から仲間が合流して大盛り上がりした話。
When I went to Angkor Wat, my friends from Japan joined me.
ずっと行きたかったアンコールワットへ行くためにカンボジアへ。
というのは口実であって、本当のところは人間関係に悩み、そして人生に悩み「寺院で瞑想をしたい」という理由でした。
マレーシア経由で、カンボジアのシュムリアップに向かいました。
しばらくはこの街を歩きながら、日本語が聞こえない街を歩きながら、明日を考えなくても良い真っ白な時間にふけっていました。
しばらく滞在すると、人に会いたくなって、仲の良い船仲間を呼んでみました。タイミングが良かったのか、ただただフッカルだったのかは置いておいて、彼女らは無事シュムリアップに到着しました。
「自転車でアンコールワットに行こう！」誰が言い出したのか、そういうことになりまして、僕らは自転車でシュムリアップ→アンコールワットに行くことになりました。確か１時間くらい笑
なんとかアンコールワットに到着して、アンコールワットを住処とする７歳くらいの少年に勝手に案内されてお金を要求されたり、前日のゲストハウスで一緒だった人とトゥクトゥクで回ったり、みたこともない大きな寺院で瞑想したり、目的を達成することができました。
アンコールワットで逆立ちしたことと、帰りに友人が自転車で大転倒したことは、一生忘れないと思います。
ここでは、カンボジアに駆けつけてくれた、ゆっぴとゆりつんに感謝したいです。ありがとうございます。
The story of how I went to Angkor Wat to meditate and my friends joined me from Japan and we had a great time.
I went to Cambodia to visit Angkor Wat, which I had always wanted to do.
I was really worried about my relationship and my life, and I wanted to meditate in a temple.
For a while, I walked around this city, where I could not hear any Japanese, and I indulged in a pure white time where I did not have to think about tomorrow.
After staying here for a while, I wanted to meet people, so I called up a good shipmate of mine. Leaving aside whether it was good timing or just plain fukkar, the girls arrived safely in Sum Reap.
Let's go to Angkor Wat by bicycle!" Whoever suggested it, that's what happened, and we decided to go to Angkor Wat by bicycle from Sum Reap. I think it took about an hour.
No, it seems like we took a tuk-tuk. My memory is fuzzy, where did that bike come from?
Either way, we managed to arrive at Angkor Wat, and we were able to accomplish our goals, such as being guided by a boy of about 7 years old who lives in Angkor Wat and asked for money without permission, going around with the person we were with at the guesthouse the day before, meditating in a large temple we had never seen before, and so on.
I will never forget standing on my head at Angkor Wat and my friend's serious bicycle fall on the way back.
